Rosewood Rentals Leasing Application

NON-REFUNDABLE APPLICATION FEE: $50 PER LESSEE *Application Fee(s) will be deducted from security deposit.

Step 1: Click Leasing Application Link

Step 2: Fill out the Rental Application, pay Application Fee(s) via the form, and click "Submit". If there is a 2nd Lessee, they must submit their own application and pay a separate Application Fee.

Step 3: A copy of the Rental Application and payment receipt will be emailed to the applicant upon completion.

NOTE: If you previously submitted a Rental Application and only need to pay fees, please use either the Leasing Fees link or the QR code.

Leasing Applications and Leasing Fees are processed by BT Consulting, LLC, a 3rd Party Vendor.

All fees paid are subject to the following Terms and Conditions.
